Refund policy

At Ripples Bathroom Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Some items, such as clearance or personalized products, may be non-refundable.
